Okay. If you want it to rest on your hips and you are an 18 go for the XXL but if you’re a 16 go for the XL. This is one sexy thang to add to your wardrobe even if you’re not going for the pirate look. I put it on walked around and my fiancé said you look really sexy in that dress; very well made for the price and is def as seen in pics.that’s my experience! Enjoy!
