Very difficult to remove
They insert easily and you can't even tell if the outlet is blocked. They are very difficult for adults to remove. I ended up breaking one trying to pull it out (not to mention breaking my fingernails trying to remove the covers from the connector). I can't imagine my toddler being able to remove them easily.
