Stand does not assemble properly due to manufacturing defect

Received this item on time and thought it was a good price $21.99. It was a peripheral for a 32-inch TV given as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the small metal plate at the bottom of the rack was welded upside down, so the holes didn't line up with the lower glass floor panel. First I attached small rubber feet to the wrong side of the glass base. The instructions state that they should be placed on the black side, not the glass side. I checked twice and realized I had placed them on the correct side, but just as a health check, I flipped the bottom panel and wondered how putting the legs on the glass side would work. It still wouldn't work with a rack. I'm talking about. The status is not the same on both sides. On one side there are slots for the plate on which the TV (100 x 100 VESA) will be mounted and on the other side there are slots to accommodate the cable guides. These slots are not the same, TV boards should use specific slots for them, cable guides should also use specific slots. You can see in the photos that the stand needs to be rotated back so the TV plate is facing away from the base and not overhanging the center of the base to line up with the holes in the base. Unfortunately, the part of the support with three screw holes was not welded properly, as the individual parts look very strong. Without this flaw, the product as a whole would probably be perfect for a 32-inch TV in the room prepared for it.
