Terrible company. I bought 2 tablets at two different times! Garbage! The error messages keep downloading and they don't connect to wifi. I bought the first one, it was great! Bought a second one 2 months later. I saw when the company shut down their site, it was right after my sister and I bought ours. I have referred the Meize company to other family members. We've been waiting on the site for this particular tablet to come back. When this happened I bought a second tablet. I have never used it. Error messages immediately after switching on. You cannot connect or navigate to icons. The error messages rendered it unusable. watch the video This is the correct desktop but they sent me a tablet which was returned. The last used date was still in the tablet. I have informed Revane that the company sells damaged items at full price. This is where the bullying starts. The lady on the phone said she would send a replacement. I called back to make sure my credit card wasn't charged again for a third tablet. The manager told me he would only give a full refund. This mess lasted over 7 days trying to get my money back for a second damaged tablet. I thought Revane would pick up tablet 2, no they brought tablet 3! I'm calling again to speak to a different supervisor! I was told to keep tablet 2 and 3 was replaced with tablet 2. Tablet 3 does not work! Same mistakes! I tried and tried, couldn't get my $171+ back from them. It took almost a month to get $161 back from the original $171. I'm stuck with 3 useless pills that Revane told me to keep.
