These hats come in a pack of two and are both cute; However, there were a few issues with them when I received them. First, one of the strings on one of the hats snapped. I thought it might be bad luck but one of my friends also bought the same tutu with hats (it was for an event) and one of her hats also had the laces snapped. Second, I think it's pretty overpriced for a pair of hats. I would recommend going to your local Party City if possible. Regardless, the hats themselves come across as sturdy and cute. I'm sure they will last long enough if care is taken to reuse them for other activities. In general, I would recommend only buying them as a last resort. Otherwise I would have picked a party town/savings/a favor from a friend.
