2015 Jeep Wrangler JK Attention: Socket wrench with extension, needle nose pliers or multi-tool and hex ratchet screwdriver. Day. The plastic covers of the racks do not have to be removed. Save yourself patience and blood pressure. The screws are incredibly tight. Position your fingers to act as a buffer between the glass and the wrench. If the screw is loose enough, use pliers or a general purpose tool to loosen the screw to keep it from falling out of the rack. Make sure the screw head is in the handle and not on top. If it sits on top, you have the wrong side of the handle. Small metal bolt cap at the top, long at the bottom. Tighten with a hex ratchet screwdriver. Took me less than 30 minutes. They are heavy duty and will hold my weight (210 lbs) when towed. They look great - the paintwork and rubber grips are fantastic.
