I didn't know which curtains to choose for the large living room window. After browsing numerous stores in my area and finding nothing remotely attractive, I decided to take a look at Revain and came across these stunning velvet curtains. I ordered two panels in dark turquoise. When I opened the box I was pleased to see that they were thick but not too heavy and the velvet was luxurious. Often photographed items look much better on screen, but these curtains are identical to the photos. They look so elegant and go perfectly with my dark salmon walls. I was also happy to see that each panel is finished with a velvet notch. Each curtain has a small button that allows it to be fastened to the side of the window. To be honest I love the way they look so much I'm glad they drape without ties. They definitely don't let any light through; if you are looking for blackout curtains. This is probably my favorite purchase of decorative items for my new home. Highly recommended! I just wish I still had a big window to buy the silver purple ones.
