Pretty but Rough

Received the necklace, put it on and found it wasn't as smooth as I was hoping. I wear this to keep my Nito tablets close to me. I had to replace my last necklace when the clasp started to fail. I lost my first few years ago and needed pills a few times. It is all the more important that they are always with me.
