I had a problem with the bonus speaker but I called support the same day, after 15 minutes they called back. Who does it? Amazing customer service, now I know it doesn't happen very often but same day for an hour? All I can say is WOW. If anyone wants a great shower head to install easily, get this one because it does everything, and I mean everything but the kitchen sink and plumbing. By the way, customer service also sent me a NEW bonus speaker because it won't stick to the sliding window. Let's see if it works, but it doesn't matter because customer service will call back and reserve the product, that was my concern and they took care of it without any complaints. That's why I give them 5 out of 5 stars.
