All paper torn

I was excited to try this lower cost blade option for my Scan n Cut. They didn't work. He tore up all my paper. I tried multiple blades, different paper, a new cutting mat and nothing worked. I contacted the company and they got back to me after a couple of weeks. Your suggestion was something I had already tried.
