I like how easy it was set up in my organization as well as being able to see everything from 1 screen instead having multiple screens open or tabs that are cluttering things down! Sometimes when we have an outage there isn't always much feedback so sometimes its hard to tell whats going wrong but overall good experience working through our issues together :) We've been using this product since October 2018 & haven’t had any major problems yet. The only downside would be if someone who worked remotely were not around they might miss out on some important information during these times which can lead them to get frustrated/upset about what happened (which could then end up causing other people within their team upset).
