The controllers I received "new" were packed in bubble wrap and a green bag. They looked clean and unused. I tested them. First, the buttons on the two official controllers I have don't work. I've noticed this with fake controllers. The left bumper clicks twice as loud as a normal button. Compensates for the right bumper not clicking at all! The right bumper in a controller works. the other not. Upon opening it, I found that the spring inside just wasn't working. So I think that button there is garbage. Visually everything looks good. The X logo is in the center and the LEDs aren't so separated that the light seeps into other areas while it's active. Again just cosmetics. I liked it a bit, but whatever. I like the tint on the analog sticks, but they feel a bit stiff. It's okay because tomorrow I will replace the internal circuitry with the official controllers that will come tomorrow. The drivers installed without any problems. The controller cable is grey. but no key. It's just a USB cable. But yes. As for fakes. These feel sturdy. Maybe something "simple" for one reason or another. I'm not so sure about that. I think it's rubbish. I think there may be brighter components on the screen. The back of the label differs slightly from the official label. Most of the time, the official one has a blank space and the fake one has a few more logos to fill that gap. Didn't notice any footprints. "Microsoft" is written at the top of the controller. The official black controller says "360". How it is. yes they will work but. I won't be returning them because I find it harder to find a kit or case for a wired controller than for a wireless one. I like my wired ones. Beware of black controllers with gray analogs on them. :around
