First of all let me say that I am happy with my purchase. These leaves are everything they promised. The color was as advertised, the sheets felt soft, almost airy. We washed them out of the packaging because they spoiled in transit or were left in plastic for too long. Straight out of the wash and wicking, they dry in less than 10 minutes on medium setting. They match the mattress perfectly. At first we were dissatisfied with the feel of the sheets, the texture of the mattress and lining, and the sheets were a bit clingy while sleeping. We sent a set of bedding for spares for the guest room and were otherwise happy. However, the Cozy House customer service team took note of our initial review and issued us a refund as we were not completely satisfied with their product. 3 out of 5 stars for the product, 10 stars for excellent customer service and honoring the warranty. If they come out with a similar product with a tighter weave and more thread count we will definitely be ordering again.
