So I got the headset, it has a USB ONLY for the glowing dragon. There are two other cables that are critical to use. Audio cable and headphone jack. They don't work when both are connected to my desktop. And sometimes it just doesn't work anymore. It's so frustrating. I work from home and play a lot. So the need for these headphones is a priority. I tried to request a refund because there was no way to replace what I really wanted. The product was either defective or simply stuck. So it's probably been about a month since I tried to contact the seller to find a solution. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. My request was completely ignored. Aside from the fact that it sometimes doesn't work, the headset is decent. I would like better noise cancellation. With the problems I have with it, I couldn't *h*t* give myself a *h*t* about the glowing dragon. But please everyone should understand that if you spend $40 or whatever it costs, you get $40 for customer service and $40 for quality.
