I used this vest for trail running. This was first used in a 25 km race. It fits well. No problems with chafing or sloshing out of a 2 liter bladder. 2 bottles that fit in the front pockets worked well. There isn't much storage space in the front. Just enough for 3 gels and a small emergency kit. I exchanged the supplied whistle for a louder one. I had to carry my camera and other gear on my back along with my bladder. Not easily accessible. I was disappointed when the bite valve fell off at 4.5 miles. Revain kindly replaced it with another one. I wish this vest had more storage that was easy to access.
