Please avoid this. Almost killed me today. Installed a pair after the summer, leaving the previous pair somewhat emaciated. They began "chatting" on the glass almost immediately. Without thinking twice, I wiped the blades with an alcohol wipe and ignored it. The next day it started raining, they were slippery. About 5 cycles and then it started knocking again. In some places, the blade bounced off the windshield three times. I reset it again, cleaned it, thought I installed it wrong. Yesterday I drove home, on the highway, again they start to "knock" strongly. I thought everything would be fine by the time I got home, but unfortunately the angry knocking intensified and actually broke the mount and the blade flew after me. So. When it rained you couldn't see anything and had to turn off the wiper motor to avoid damaging the windshield. Arrived well at home. It took some time. But both sheets broke, one flew into traffic behind me, and the other was barely fastened and dragged. I have no idea what the heck they were thinking when they made that construction or rubber compound, but obviously it was far from it. Here's the remaining paddle with what's left of the plug. There is only one tab left. Another broke and flew away at high speed. Again. For your own safety, PLEASE avoid this product.
