This is a very good suit. It was a little different than what was shown as the photos showed a burgundy spotted jacket and lined waistcoat but I got the navy blue with ivory pattern instead. It wouldn't matter much if you didn't wear the vest without the jacket as the back of the vest is made of colored material. So keep that in mind. In addition, the bird's eye material is a dense traditional weave that contains a small mesh pattern with a tiny dot in the middle. The overall color was navy blue, but if you look closely you can see the darker navy blue threads in a diamond shape with a slightly lighter dot in the middle. It's an eye-catching look and very subtle. I had to return it for various reasons but not because of the quality - it's a very well made suit and perfect if your young gentleman needs to dress up.
