This item could easily have received 5 stars without 2 major issues.1. On the white side of the heel I have two muslin seams and the fabric is slightly discolored on one of the seams. The only reason I won't be returning it is because it fits the project I need it for as the background washes out easily and the stitching isn't visible. If I were to use this for another project where the stitching might be visible I would be disappointed and would return in a heartbeat. There is also stitching on the black side but I don't see it in any picture.2. This backdrop is not 5' x 7' as stated. It is actually 4'11" x 6'6". Slight difference on the short side, but 4 inches rounds out a bit on the high side for me. This added difference prompted me to purchase this backdrop instead of another advertised as 6 1/2 feet tall. I feel a little betrayed in this regard. I had no problem folding this backdrop, but I could see that someone with a smaller build might have trouble (I'm 6ft 2in tall). To fold it, lay it on its side (where it's 5 feet tall), grab both sides, bring them together by placing one hand under the other and it should snap into place. Pros: The design is very good. Seems like it's going to be a while. Folds up well and compactly. Inexpensive. (The only reason it gets three stars and not two) Cons: Stitching is visible on the white side, slightly discolored at one stitching. NOT 5ft x 7ft! Mine was 4'11" x 6'6". Personally I will keep it because it works for the specific project I bought it for and sending it back would be more hassle than its value but if it was for general use I would send it back and buy another brand .
