Not for formula - my new review

I wanted this bottle as an alternative to the plastic 5 piece mam bottle. My picky son took to the nipple on the Chicco bottle well and I was pleased he liked it. However, because there is no anti-colic vent in the nipple or at the base of the bottle (like mam) the bottle gets air from the tip of the nipple. Every time my son released his latch so air could flow back in the bottle it put air bubbles into the formula, near the end of his bottle the remaining formula had gotten so frothy half of the bottle was full of foam! Not a win in my book to have a bottle full of foam.
