As for sluggish refills, everything is fine. The results were pretty quick but didn't last super long. I would say my lips were back to normal within 2 hours. It's definitely more painful, I've eaten ghost peppers before and it's about as hot on your lips. Aftercare oil/lip oil is fine. Not super moisturizing but it eased pain when I applied it over the plumper. All in all it works, it's a decent price so do with it what you will.
