After about two and a half months of consistent use, I have decided to write a review. There is no question that the rabbit is beneficial, but there are also some drawbacks associated with having one. A month later, the charge was sufficient for literally half an hour, but not long after that, the charge indication itself (the red ears) ceased functioning. It was unclear whether or not it was charging and how much the bunny could charge at all. In addition, the timer for the 45-minute charging cycle did not always function properly. The youngster became awake because the device, rather than going off, shifted from the white noise mode to the next song when it should have been turned off. After I emailed the technical support team, they dispatched a replacement rabbit the following business day. They were happy at first, but their joy did not last. As it turned out, the new one had the same issues, despite the fact that it works longer. On the other hand, I am grateful that you did not fall behind. At this time, we have two bunnies, and as soon as the charging is complete, we switch them out with one another.
