. There are very few differences between this one and the one I bought 10 years ago (maybe 8). I pump it all over the country, on planes, trains and in the back of a car. Took him on board a ship for about a year and I don't think I would trust myself to carry many valuables around some parts of Florida. It's held up like a champ, and just this year the top of the laptop compartment has started to wear out a bit. I recently bought a new laptop (I have another one - nothing more than a live streaming player in my home workout space) and I needed a new bag. Seeing this, I decided to go back to the name and style I know and trust. My 17.3-inch MSI fits in perfectly, with plenty of room for other things you might need on the go. I even went to another state for a few days and this bag, with my computer and a change of clothes, was the only thing I took on the plane. I'll update this later if the new version isn't as good as its predecessor.
