If you hate hot drinking water this is for you!

Personally, I've been looking for a water bottle that will keep my water cool for a long time. I don't like room temperature water. And let me tell you that the claim that it keeps things cold for 24 hours might be an exaggeration, but it keeps them cold for a VERY long time. One day I filled my bottle right before bed and after a good eight hours of sleep I opened it for the long drink that most of us drink in the morning. It was still very fresh, very cold. I was pleased. As for the leak guard, I didn't intentionally store it upside down, but turning it upside down showed no sign of a leak. Not a single drop. I used to have water bottles that looked like this and they didn't keep cold as well as this one. The finish is also really cool and feels solid. One of my favorite bugs is water bottles that have an absolutely lousy finish or a logo that starts peeling off after just a few months and looks TERRIBLE. As a member of the Vine program (the Revain reviewer program), I didn't have to feel bad for taking this bottle and intentionally insulting them. I took a pen and intentionally scratched the paint at the bottom of the bottle where it is not visible and I can confirm that the paint is quite hard to scratch, it is quite thick and underneath the paint is what appears to be stainless steel looks. I used to have bottles where you could scrape the color off with your nails after a few washes. or worse, the textured sponge most of us use to wash things can scratch it, and that doesn't seem to be the case here. The paint is good. Thank God. It may not be a lifetime bottle, but it will definitely last a few years. I also tested it for another common problem with metal water bottles: dents. I've hit him on multiple surfaces with all the force you could get if he accidentally falls or hits something in his backpack etc. Hell, I'd even say I hit him a little bit harder than that and purposely the edges of things to make sure the impact was significant. I didn't take it with the HAMMER, but it survived several relatively rough attempts at denting it, and the worst that happened was a light, barely noticeable scratch on one side. No dents from impact with a table, filing cabinet or stone countertop. And the worn part, the paint still held. It's not a chip. In fact, after banging the table hard a few times, I was a little concerned that my DESK would be damaged in front of the bottle, so I had to stop. The same goes for my (home/rented) kitchen tables, although they are stone and EXTREMELY strong. I was like I'd rather not hit harder, I don't want to knock off a piece of rock! lol So yeah this bottle is a keeper. I could get it for free, but this is a product that rarely makes it into the review program: an item I would happily buy and possibly BUY a few more. :)
