I put this in a large closet that was added during the renovation and needed light. I wasn't expecting much from something so small, but it fully illuminates the half of the closet it's pointing at. The motion detection works great to save battery and I'm sure the magnetic mount will make charging easier as I just have to unplug and plug it in. No more AA batteries! So far it's lasted a few weeks of infrequent use and I haven't had to charge it yet. I thought $20 was the max to pay for a flashlight like this but the body is so high quality and the lens is thick and clear high quality plastic so it looks like you would get it at a more expensive store buy and pay . much more. I like it so much I'm going to get another one for the other side of the large closet, but one of these should fully illuminate the full size closet.
