We have been using the Yiveko waterproof bed mat for almost two months. My son suffers from night wetting almost every night. Some nights he has two or three accidents. At first we used good nights but they started leaking due to heavy wetting. I wanted to find a more environmentally friendly option. Check out Yiveko's waterproof bed pillow. I bought two pads so we would have a backup in case of an inevitable midnight crash. The pads worked exactly as advertised. They absorb very well and don't leak at all! We had two occasions when my son peed on the edge of the carpet. Unfortunately, the pad is waterproof, but the very edge couldn't contain urine. It's not the gasket. The lining is easy to wash in the washing machine. Zero smell remains. No stains. Do not use fabric softener. Fabric softener is not recommended for almost all waterproof and water-repellent materials as it will affect the waterproof/wicking properties. I don't know if this applies to this product, but that may be why some people have had issues with it. My only complaint is that it needs to be air dried. Not a big minus, but something to think about. Be sure to buy a backup or two. We just bought a third pad so we have another backup. I highly recommend Yiveko waterproof bedding. It can be used over and over again. It is eco-friendly compared to disposable options. The pictures are super cute. The fabric is soft even on very sensitive skin. Most importantly, the waterproof pad is truly waterproof!
