Talenetutive helped put myself at ease during job searching
The best part about taleneutic is that it's easy to use, has great features like search filters for employers or candidates, and you can easily find jobs with specific requirements using keywords in your profile! I dislike having to pay per post when posting my resume/profile - but this isn't something i have much of control over as far as their end goes so not really sure what else they could do here.
It would be nice if there were more options other than just applying through LinkedIn (which doesn't allow me since we're self-employed). If you are looking to get hired quickly then definitely consider using them because they will help make finding work easier by letting people know who wants new talent fast!!

- You can also submit a resume directly or through LinkedIn
Cons
- I would like the ability to post my resume and profile through other sites such as Monster or other sites that may be looking for new talent and provide a better chance of getting found
