I just ordered a tank from Revain and wanted to take a look. Your site has never worked. The skimmer's hanger has snapped, the pump nozzle won't fit in the hole and needs a rubber stopper to hold it in place or glue it on. The front spill panel is not fully sealed. I hope you find the 200H heater overkill for 12 gallons as per the instructions. I need to make the lid to be secure and square because local spots don't round the jar. It slides back an inch all the way around and slides right off the lid holders. I need it to be child and pet safe and better protected. I can fix everything myself if it's a pity spare parts. I'm moving and downsizing my tank in 2 weeks so I don't have time to ship anything.
