Great for keeping track of and getting rid off unwanted spam
I like that it can be used from multiple locations (mobile, web) without being online or needing my own device - no more having to carry around all those devices! It also shows you what has been deleted/deleted by which person vs sent directly into trash etc so there's never any confusion about where something went once its in your inbox folder. Can't do anything other than delete emails when they are not read yet but this does seem strange given how powerful their service should allow us some flexibility here if we had wanted too? A dedicated email box would certainly make things easier as well though maybe then people wouldn'may want our business.
Pros
- Allowing me access remotely via mobile app while working outside office hours is great for keeping track at hand wherever i am; especially useful after going out during evening meal breaks with colleagues who may need an emergency callout due back home unexpectedly later!! Also makes life easy managing work stuff whilst away even before internet connection arrives anywhere else e.g holiday homes / caravan parks &/
