The package was sealed beyond my expectations as I was concerned they were tiny needles. The box was wrapped in sealed plastic and then the items in the box were sealed in another plastic/paper bag. Consider healthcare bandage kits (I'm a nurse and this reminded me). The reels were exactly as described and all items were included along with brief, very clear instructions. The rollers ran very smoothly and I had no problems with the items until I tried the largest roller where it didn't stay centered in its body which is attached to the handle causing some scratches on my skin as a result of which it couldn't smooth itself out roll in his body. I had no problems with all other rollers and no pain when using them. There was some redness and a slight sunburn feeling after use, but nothing uncomfortable and went away the next day when I tried it before bed. I don't consider myself a person with sensitive skin as I can use almost any product without any reaction on my skin. I used this product on my face, stomach and thighs and then used a sensitive skin moisturizer because I didn't know how it would affect my skin. I noticed most of the redness and "sunburn" feeling on my stomach. My thighs and face were just dry as if they had been exposed to a cold wind for some time. As for long-term changes, I've only had the product for a few days and can't comment as I don't expect any changes in the next few weeks.
