Catches fleas effectively and naturally and our cat loves it

This ordinary looking comb has teeth spacing that allows it to catch fleas as it combs. It's a little better than just picking them up, they usually grab each other's legs so they can't jump off the ridge so easily. quickly comb into the pocket to catch it. Once it comes off the comb, I can pinch it into the pouch with my fingernail. The attached photos show some fleas I recently caught this way. When I first got this I got 1 or 2 fleas every brush, now I catch 1 every time I brush them. Our cat seems to have had several dozen fleas. So if, under normal circumstances, you brush your cat once a day, you'll probably be flea free in a few weeks. Although in one case I picked 11 fleas. The best part is that our cat loves the comb. She happily rubs against her and purrs loud enough for the neighbors to hear, making combing a pleasure. This is a really clean and natural way to keep fleas at bay. It only takes a few minutes a day, and you'd probably be petting your cat for longer each day anyway. Just keep your hairbrush and sandwich bag handy. Tips: - The back of the head and just behind the ears are favorite habitats for fleas. Our cat also gets pretty quiet when you brush the back of her head, so it's a win-win. - Under the chin and on the side of her face are other favorites. - Our cat also likes to scratch her snout with the comb, it works well if you run the comb over her whiskers on the side of the snout, try not to go under the whiskers, just brush right over the whiskers and it is comfortable for the cat. - It probably goes without saying that you'll want to point the teeth of the comb in the direction you're combing to lift the fleas up and out. - Let some hair accumulate on the comb, when you catch fleas on the comb, they usually stick to the fur of the comb, which makes it easier to carry in a plastic bag. Update: I have that now. Comb for 1.5 years. A few weeks after writing this review I was completely rid of all fleas on my cat, we have used the comb occasionally for almost a year without finding any fleas. She has recently picked up new fleas just from being outside so I started combing her daily again and caught 2-3 fleas each time. I think it's safe to say that with daily brushing you can expect your cat to be completely free of fleas in a few weeks, give or take a little. First you will catch larger adult fleas. After about a week, you'll start catching smaller, newly hatched fleas. It feels like you have to go through about 3 generations over several weeks to completely get rid of fleas and eggs.
