Not what I was hoping for

So I bought this fence (obviously) over 30 days ago and had high hopes that it would be an effective system, but so far my experience has been like this for several weeks, only to mount the fence because I was afraid that I would fix it wrong. I currently have a single loop although I have enough wire to run a double...I HAVE ENOUGH WIRE FOR 4 acres thinking that when the dogs are ready for more freedom I can extend the fence even more. .. but we still have to learn to stay in the backyard. Currently I'm still holding my wire off the ground and fastening it with very expensive landscaping staples...and I'm also wondering if the heavier gauge staples I bought are having any effect on my measurements. My dogs are smart... very smart. I have 5 of these: Maltipoo (best trained in this system so far), Shorky (she's old and slow but has mastered the art of escaping), Golden Retriever (stupid to be honest he stays on the fence if only he follows one of the next two dogs), a German shepherd/husky mix (he is a working dog but learned from his sister, our last dog, that he can attack the leash) and sister... the stubbornest of the pack ... knows when she flies like a rocket, she's not shocked at all. So we called the company and they replaced 2 of our active collars with stubborn dog collars... and I know it works because we let her "shock herself" on the leash..., she felt it! ...then we focused on flags, verbal reminders to stay in the yard and walk on a leash (because if we don't walk on a leash, it goes to the neighbors, and you have to go through the wild brambles). to get there... as soon as we let her know where the border was, we tried her off the leash... and boom, she flew like a rocket to the neighbor's house... on the leash again, we go. Then this morning our Shorki (she is 10) realized that she could cross the line and not be discharged...or she was discharged and mine was too low. Warning, don't put small dogs on a progressive 1-2-3...I did this and almost hurt my two small dogs...so I'm running low on them now...and I know they do feel it. .. I grabbed the collar and checked it...I hear a beep...if I set it too high they get scared and if I set it too low they will run out of the garden...and the stubborn big dogs are still going crazy ...they look at the line...they know where it is and they just run across it...if they run fast enough they don't catch up at all from the shock...Now I have a $1200 fence and I still have to have dogs on the Run the leash...
