I ordered a large which says it is 12-14. I usually wear a size 8. I'm 140, 29" waist, 41" hips and the size fits me perfectly! If I had ordered medium, they would have been too small. I would suggest rate. Excellent quality. Came back because I found a slightly better style but I really liked them.
