I bought this for my son's first birthday. I'm a smart person, I figured if I have balloons I'll make them myself in the cheapest way! That definitely happened here. I made this balloon stand for my son's birthday and many other balloons. Very easy to use, at first I was a bit confused about how to click and click, but it was very easy.
