I think I finally found what I was looking for. I don't have trouble sleeping or anything, but I've found that pillows, sheets, and blankets get warmer as I fall asleep. Throw pillows, flip, flip, whatever. One day I came across an ad for a Q-Max fiber pillowcase and decided to give it a try. and found it stays cooler than most other cooling pillowcases or gel pillows. Encouraged by this experience, I decided to buy a cooling blanket as well. And I am very happy with this decision. As you can see in the description and also in one of my photos, one side is made of this particular fabric and the other side is cotton (probably designed so that you can turn it inside out in the cold season). The shiny side is the part that stays cool. Comfortably covers my queen size bed and curtains. There are few wrinkles by nature, making it easy to make the bed in the morning. I tracked my sleep patterns with my Apple Watch and after a week saw a noticeable increase in periods of "quiet" sleep. Probably because I don't wake up from burning. Highly recommended!
