Such a cool design - love the belt but agree with the reviews that it runs small. I have size S/M. I wear size 27 jeans and I believe the measurement range given on this product for a size S/M is adequate. When the belt arrived it technically fit in the sense that I was able to fasten it. but it was so cozy and blew away every fabric I wear. I can only wear the small one on the very last hole of the belt (see photo for reference). I only give four stars for the size. It's just a little tricky to get it right when you're used to US standard sizing. However, when you dive into the information on this product, they point out how to find the measurements for this belt. Other than that, it's such a unique and well-made belt that I'm excited to add it to my wardrobe! I returned S/M and got a size up (see photos for reference). If you want a more relaxed fit and the ability to use different belt holes, just be aware of this size difference.
