Review on TYMO Hair Straightening Brush Straightener by Ryan Price

Update: BEWARE. The seller bribes customers to remove negative reviews. I bought this product because it had good reviews. When I wasn't satisfied I returned it and wrote an honest review. Since then I have received over 5 emails from the seller offering $15-$50 to have my review removed. I really want to like it but I'm going to use a regular hair straightener. I have long, thick, wavy hair. My hair looked a little frizzy and split ends seemed a lot more visible after straightening with this product. It worked well for the hair around my face. I didn't want to give a bad review because I'm sure this works great for other hair types, but it didn't work for me. Also, the hair straightener I received was terrible. I could see steam coming out of it when I wasn't even using it. My hair fell off the comb so it burned inside the comb and gave off a wonderful smell. The power button is next to where you hold it, which is why I accidentally turned it off during use. It got to the point where I had to check to see if it was lit after each run. Then I realized that if I don't even press anything, it turns itself off! Then when I was done. I pressed the power button and it started dropping the temperature. I think I probably just received a defective rectifier. Sent back after two uses.
