Review on 🔄 Enhanced Camco 42893 Pop-Up Utility Container - Optimal Size 18" x 24 by James Lesley

We have a retractable camper so storage space is at a premium. It folds into its small pocket and takes up almost no space. Ideal! When it germinates (germinates!), it's a good size. We put a regular black garbage bag inside and secure it to the side with cheap clips (or clothespins in case I forgot them). We use a nested stake and it stayed down even in fairly strong winds. We haven't tested it against raccoons (marauding pandas like them!) as we clear out the trash every night before bed. I would say they should be able to get in easily enough as those at the last campsite we stayed at managed to pull out part of the Yeti cooler the neighbor had! So yes I would empty it and not rely on it being explosion proof.
