Received the product from UPS around noon with no visible damage. Immediately follow the installation and setup instructions and when I turned on the TV all I got was colored lines. There were also some unusual patterns in different parts of the screen (under the glass). The TV did not provide any setup instructions. I immediately contacted Revain to return the TV for a replacement. They suggested that I first discuss the issue with an 'expert' before returning the item, so I asked them to give me a call. They called back right away and while I was explaining the problem our call got cut off. I didn't get any reply from them. So I packed the unit back up and UPS will pick it up when a replacement arrives. So far Revain hasn't said when I can expect a NEW replacement. I have bought several Samsung products and I am very happy with them. I will change the overall rating once I get a new replacement that works. I received the second device and the box was intact. However, when I turned it on, I couldn't believe I was getting a second broken TV. This one had colored lines down the left, horizontal lines down the middle, and a black spot in the top-left corner. I ended up with this model and requested a refund. I'm currently looking at Sony and LG. It looks like Samsung's quality control failed.
