It was well packaged. There were many extras at a super cheap price. I think for most people this would be the perfect block. It wasn't what I was looking for. As a skincare consultant, I'm used to a lot more steam and heat. Which honestly might not be the best option for a novice or casual vaper. My old machine died of old age and I didn't write down the make or model. It looked a little similar. It works fine. It didn't smell like plastic and it came with lots of extras that I highly recommend. This will be a great gift. it just didn't suit me. What is reflected in my rating
