Review on Travelon Anti-Theft Classic Shoulder Women's Handbags & Wallets with Crossbody Bags by Steve Miller

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good size and durable but issue with credit card slots.

I like a lot about this handbag, but I would like it to be different. . .I like the strap. This is the perfect width and thickness. It doesn't feel like a titanium chain runs through them, although I do feel more comfortable knowing there is one. I love the size - it's small enough to be concise and not bulky, but big enough to fit some essentials. In the main compartment I have a small bottle of hand sanitizer, a small bottle of medicine, an epi pen, mini wipes, lip balm and a few other items. There are two separate pockets in the main compartment, which is very practical. My main complaint is about the credit card slots - which is RFID and one of the main reasons I bought the bag. As I was pulling something out of the main compartment of the wallet, one of the 3 credit cards I had in there slipped out multiple times. Twice my credit card fell out completely without me noticing and landed on the floor (at the zoo!). I consider this a serious downside as losing my credit card negates the entire security issue associated with this wallet. I saw him lying on the ground as I was about to leave, thank goodness! Twice the credit card just slipped out and actually ended up in the main wallet compartment, which is better, but I still had a heart attack looking for it and hoping it was there. After using the wallet for three days on vacation I decided it wasn't worth checking every 15 minutes to see if it was still there and decided to slip my credit cards into the smaller zipped compartment to keep them in place to keep. although they were no longer in RFID pockets. The wallet, pockets and zipper seem to be very well made and the quality is definitely not an issue. Overall, I like the wallet and its size, but I'll probably look for a credit card holder to keep in my wallet as well.
