Cute Tutu dress good for me
This is a cute Tutu dress that features Elsa from frozen 2, It is a beautiful muted blue, with a shimmer tulle skirt.
The top is light blue and it's sleeveless and says "believe in the journey" My daughter wears a 10 /12 and this 12 fits her just right. It hits her in the knees and she loves to twirl and dance around in it.
