Review on ๐ŸŽง Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless: Advanced Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones with Touch Control and Long Battery Life by Itthipon Thiamwong ( แ Œ

Good product, not disappointed.

I bought these headphones to replace the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC. They had a huge problem - the ear pads pressed on the ears and listening to music for a long time was uncomfortable, they had to be corrected, trying to achieve an excellent fit, but the ears started to hurt and had to take a rest. There is no such problem with these headphones - my large ears fit completely in the ear cushions, so using them is absolutely comfortable from this point of view. It is very convenient to turn off the headphones by turning the cups, and they turn in the โ€œrightโ€ direction - with the ear pads down! That is, they are comfortable to wear around the neck and off. Controlling the touchpad takes a bit of getting used to - the first time I held my finger perpendicular to the sensor, because of which I hit it with my fingernail and nothing happened. You need to touch with a fingertip, then everything will be clear. Annoys the instability of the Bluetooth connection - periodically playback is interrupted (on HD 4.50 BTNC was more stable for some reason). Also very strange behavior when making calls. At first, they work fine and play sound when talking. Then, on the next call, they suddenly do not want to work as a headset and the call goes entirely through the phone's speakers / microphone, then they start working again. No patterns were found. I have an Android smartphone. You have to turn them off and on again. The firmware was ated relatively recently, but this did not help either .

Pros
  • Landing on the head, ear cushions do not put pressure on the ears, noise reduction intensity adjustment with a slider, touch control, turning off the cups, wide and soft headband.
Cons
  • The quality of the Bluetooth connection, the stability of the connection, the operation of the microphone when making calls, the absence of notifications about an incoming call.
