I have tried cupping before and it was a great relief but that was over 10 years ago. I have seronegative arthritis which causes severe pain in my back, hips and joints. It's great for releasing deep tension, pretty easy to do on yourself. It becomes difficult when you want to use it on your back and you don't have anyone to help you, but it's not impossible.
