Review on JBL Tune 215 - Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with Mic/Remote and Flat Cable - White - Enhanced Audio Experience! by Tung Duong ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Inexpensive headphones that sound great. Sound: standard fare; audiophiles will likely find fault, but you are purchasing a bluetooth headset, so keep that in mind. It sounds as well as any pair of Apple headphones. Because of their nature, noise complaints are a common gripe with headphones. These are not earplugs; you will always be able to hear ambient noise. Yet, the loudness is adequate, even on the subway. Everyone I've ever had a phone conversation with has confirmed that the microphone picks up every word precisely. It makes no difference if the subject is a road or a structure. An enormous benefit is that, unlike with many other bt headsets, your voice will not be audible even when you are speaking. In addition, when the headphones are not being used to play audio, there is no buzzing or other noise. There are a few kinks in the system, such the fact that the plastic housing seems a little flimsy. -when the music stopped, the headphones disconnected and then rejoined with a noise that was uniquely recognizable as a jbl signature sound. Could only make five connections per minute; this greatly irritated me. Firmware update via the JBL FIRMWARE app fixed the issue. When powered up, they automatically establish connections with a number of nearby devices. This means you can tune in on the phone and jump on the computer to start listening right away. At the same moment, however, they only play from the last turned-on location. If you were watching YouTube and a call came in, you would have to wait because the video is currently paused. Some reviews complained that the tracks did not change, but this is because the reviewers did not realize that pressing + or - for an extended period of time would transition the tracks.

Pros
  • Cost, download/upload rates. Collaborating across multiple platforms
Cons
  • There was an issue with reconnecting, but it was fixed in the firmware.
