I had headaches and small blurry dots in my eyes from sitting at the computer for several hours. I've read that the blue light emitted by computer screens can cause vision problems. When I was looking for solutions there were expensive blue light filters to cover my screens that didn't really work when editing photos as I needed to see real colors during this process. Then I saw the blue light blocking the glasses clip, which I easily attached to my computer glasses. And the lens could "tilt" when I needed to see the full spectrum of colors for photo work. I can see the computer screen clearly despite my reading glasses and blue light blocking lenses, and my headaches and eye strain have lessened since I started using KLIM OTG blue blocking lenses (along with getting up every hour to look at objects other than focus on my computer screen).
