This is very charming and very nicely packaged. However, it had some shortcomings. There was this crumpled piece of leather on the sides that wouldn't go away, the ears were pretty floppy and one had an extra bump at the top, and the stuff in the bag looks really cheap and sounds like those reusable plastic bags you can get at grocery stores be bought. These are problems I cannot fix. There was a problem with the zipper on the inside of the bag, the chains looked like they might break due to the gap between the two ends, a few threads are sticking out here and there and the bag had this sticky stuff as well as dust loss. Although all these problems could easily be fixed. That's all I can say about the bag, now about the delivery. The delivery was very fast, which I didn't like in this case. There were two options, one with two days free shipping and one with delivery in a week or so. I wouldn't be home if I opted for the 2 day free shipping so I paid for delivery the day I'm home and no one can steal the package. Instead they shipped it like I had opted in for two day free shipping so not only could it be stolen but the delivery date was wrong and I spent about $6 on shipping thinking I would arrive on time. The perfect day I could get it for free if the options had the same dates. But in general I like the look of the wallet. I'm about 5ft 3" and medium height and when I wear it across my body it hits my hips. It holds a lot and doesn't look too bulky. "I would buy it again just for issues I couldn't fix, but only time will tell. I'll be speaking to support to see if they can help with unresolvable issues. Will gradually after updated. Update 3/5/19: I contacted customer service after posting this and they were very nice! They sent me a replacement straight away. I will let you know how it goes. However, shipping is slower than last time.Update 19/03/9:received a replacement and I'm still disappointed with this company.The pages are still creased as in the picture although less than before and some sticky substance got on one ear.It was absolutely disgusting and took so long to remove everything it's still sticky after it takes about two hours to try and clean it all the problems I had before and some of them are in this new one too spare bag still available.
