In summer, this fan is perfect for personal comfort! I use it when cooking outside in the summer because it gets really hot next to the grill. But it also looks good in the kitchen. The only thing to watch out for is if you have long hair, tie it in a ponytail as it can get tangled in the compartments and stop. My granddaughter got tangled up in it and we were able to pull it out easily but it took a while to dig out the last few strands of hair. It works fine now, but if anyone wants to try it I'll definitely warn them to keep their hair out of the fan. I have short hair so that's not a problem for me!
