I like that we can keep an organized folder of our projects with each project being assigned its own file or document type (e.g., MP4). We are able to quickly find specific types of files without having them scattered around various folders across different systems. The ability to copy/paste between documents is very helpful when creating new contracts as well as editing existing ones. It's easy enough to create multiple versions within your binder so you don't have duplicate copies floating out there somewhere if something doesn’t quite work right after it has been edited! You do need some sort of computer system setup prior but once set up works great! Not much - just make sure you select how many items per page will be available at any given time before opening too soon otherwise things get messy really quick.
