This item is poorly painted. Arrived with a dent and missing paint. The paint kept peeling off and should have come off in no time. So I spent the money to buy a clear coat to stop further chipping. Nice but the lid is very difficult to lift and make a decent seal. So if you're ordering it for looks, also order a clear cover glass to ensure longer life. But to be honest I would advise buying unpainted from another company that has a better lid. To update. Now it's full of water, the lid isn't closed enough to seal completely and can't be removed. It's totally useless. I will look for a refund. A piece of junk!
