My husband has tried many MuscleTech products in the past but this is his first time trying MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Elite Cookies & Cream Protein Powder . He uses many different protein supplements and is always looking for something new, different and tasty. He was intrigued by the combination of protein and creatine in this product. This saves him from having to combine two separate products. The powder itself has a fine and smooth texture. Very easy to mix! We have both a blender and shaker and made it both ways. Using a scoop in 8 ounces of water made the mixture a little thicker. Not bad, but definitely not as thin and watery as he's used to. He diluted it a bit to get the consistency he wanted. The blender has created a deliciously fluffy, almost milkshake-like protein shake. There were no clumps of powder even when only a shaker was used. The taste is pretty good and very sweet! He doesn't usually like super-sweet drinks, but he said this one's still pretty good. (although he said it was too cute). He was able to adjust the amount of water used to reduce the sweetness a bit. Like many protein powders, this product contains sucralose, so use caution if you are sensitive to it. Yes! 1 scoop contains 30 grams of protein so is VERY filling and filling!
